0);"&gt;El bacalao común, bacalao del Atlántico o bacalao de Noruega (Gadus morhua) es una de las cerca de 60 especies de una misma familia de peces migratorios. Vive en mares fríos del norte. Por lo general el bacalao es de tamaño pequeño, aunque algunos ejemplares pueden llegar a alcanzar los cien kilogramos de peso con un tamaño de hasta casi dos metros. Se alimenta de otros peces más pequeños, como el arenque.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;El bacalao es apreciado por su carne y por el aceite de su hígado. El aceite de hígado de bacalao es extremamente rico en ácidos grasos Omega-3 así como en vitamina A y vitamina D. De hecho, estas propiedades fueron muy explotadas durante años, suministrándose el aceite crudo a los niños como complemento alimenticio para la fijación del calcio en los huesos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;Pues esta vez centramos la mirada en el bacalao, lo combinaremos con legumbres y
